XtremPhone offers you various

sending solution:

 

RDV method: We can repair your mobile phone directly on our premises. The duration can vary between 30min to 1h30 (Riaz - Hauterive and Conthey workshop) depending on the phone model. The appointment method consists in contacting us in order to make an appointment for a repair. More information depending on the type of repair will be communicated to you by phone.

 

Delivery method: We have a mailbox available to leave your package there. You can without depositing your phone in the box. The repair will be done within 24h / 48h. Possibility to pick up your phone or mail.

Mailing method: Surely the best method for our customers. Send us your phone by post. We repair your phone and send it back.

Repair times for these methods are subject to the availability of items in stock.

Sending conditions:

Xtremphone only sends the packages upon confirmation of payment. You can pay us by Paypal, postal transfer, bank transfer or in advance by putting the amount in your shipment.

Procedure for sending your phone:

- Select which repair you want on the site.
- Fill in the order form and validate your order.
- Make the payment for your order.
- Back up your cell phone data. Example: Synchronize your iphone
- Send your naked phone (without Sim card, without shell, without box) to the following address:

- We strongly advise you to send your phone in air bubble packaging and by registered post (insured up to 500.- by post):

- Remember to include your postal and telephone details in the envelope.
- Upon receipt of the mobile phone, we will carry out the repair within 24 hours.
- Return your mobile phone by registered mail to Switzerland. For Europe see general conditions.
- Returning your phone is subject to payment of your invoice in advance.
